Tony’s 30 years of real estate experience includes 20-plus years as an investor who has bought, sold, and managed countless properties from small homes to million dollar estates, vacant land, apartment buildings, and international properties. His lifetime affinity with the industry was influenced by his grandfather, a self-made property investor, and by his father who was a custom home-builder. Tony began working on construction sites at the age of 14 and while attending college business classes at night, he worked as a property manager by day at a large apartment complex. A successful career in business and finance later enabled Tony to form several real estate investment and development companies over time.
Tony has designed and supervised the construction of custom homes ranging from $200K to $2 million dollars. He has purchased distressed apartment buildings he then renovated, rented out, and resold for profit. Tony acquired an aging, residential rental development and then beautifully restored each home and resold them individually. He has created and managed homeowner associations, and is an expert at long-term rentals and vacation-rental management. With his background in design and renovation, Tony has also experienced great results ‘flipping’ residential homes, and vacant lots.
Today, Tony continues to manage his real estate businesses and serve on the boards of several companies and HOA's. After obtaining a Realtor license for his own transactions he began helping others buy and sell their properties as well, and is very proficient at it. Tony excels at property research and analysis, and he is an expert negotiator. Buyers and sellers who hire him quickly realize this vast experience is invaluable.
